Great people, strong technology, an inclusive culture. Work is interesting and the clients really appreciate what we do. Many of the staff have been there 5 years or more. Company has been growing since their big investment earlier this year.

It's a small company, so it doesn't have all the perks of a larger one (gym, cafeteria, etc.).

The people I worked with were awesome. The benefits weren't too bad, either. In fact, I would never have left except for the cons listed below.

Valora is contracted by client companies to handle the companies' data. What they don't tell you upon hire is that, when the client decides to change things, all non-management staff gets laid off without pay until the changes are complete. These layoffs can last weeks, sometimes over a month, at a time. You aren't getting paid that much to begin with, and no one can afford to have a job where they're not working, and not getting paid. As you might expect, turnover is high.
