      Once was a good store

      Being humans and caring about one another. Everyone gets the same raise when half the store does no calls no shows and gets to keep their job! cleaning duties are a joke, management allowed employees to be on phones and watch videos

      Pay is good and decent enough equipment at my location

      Cons

      When something breaks it’s stays broken until it’s dangerous. Management can’t make any decisions without having 9 meetings about what they’re gonna meet about. They micro manage every little thing the driver does
