      Pros

      Family style atmosphere, 99% of upper management will help all they can. Love the benefit pkg.

      Cons

      It's my opinion that we need more than just 24hrs personal time( there are times of emergencies arrise that burns that up in a heartbeat)

      The safety culture is pretty good

      Cons

      The mandatory overtime is all the time 3 weeks a month so 5 days off a month.
