      The majority of the team you work with are young, friendly, sociable, tolerant and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      - Extremely different working environment for young people -Unprofessional conduct -Regular public shaming -Lack of progression -Young voices not listened to -Expected to work ridiculous hours with no overtime -Incredibly racist and 'non-PC' working environment, verging on bullying of some staff

      Racist, zero growth. Too much work for littlest pay. Treatment with a lot of contempt from head office. As long as head office makes money, they don't care about you. Master slave mentality
