Management often appears disengaged and unresponsive to employee and customer needs. There is a reluctance to embrace change, even when simple adjustments could significantly enhance the experience for both employees and customers. Although input is occasionally requested, suggestions for improvement are rarely acknowledged or implemented by leadership.
