Culture of fear and favoritism. The union is seen as a bad thing by management. Management is not honest and is aggressive about pushing out staff they don't personally like, despite their good work performance.

Free parking, used to have many good people but many moved on to other organizations

• The organization appears to be undergoing significant financial pressure, with ongoing restructuring and operational changes.
• Affiliation with UW will no longer be in effect soon, financial challenges have created uncertainty and negative cultural impact
