Pros

Very relaxed on goals, so virtually zero pressure to make sales

Cons

Where do I start? Management was terrible. No accountability. Sales goals were set in stone, and no way to really make money. Benefits were trash, nearly 400 dollars a paycheck for health insurance alone.

Pros

- Very good learning experience - Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people in the office

Cons

The Chicago office is a commercial site, so all other interns for the bank sit in either New Jersey, New York, or Florida. Not necessarily a bad thing because it helped form better connections with everyone in the office, but networking with other interns was more difficult.

Pros

Not one thing is good. Do not work here

Cons

Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
