good benefits that starts first of the month. No one really micromanage you but your calls are reviewed and if meets all the requirements you get a high bonus if you fail your phone calls you’ll get a low
Cons
I was in customer service and the phone lines were extremely busy. Customers were rude. Trying to get to another department for a customer was nearly impossible
