      Met some really good people working here other than that nothing good about working at Valley.

      Cons

      One of the lowest paying bank. They're always short staffed and overwork you mentally and physically.

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
