The company is presented as an head office vs store Staff environment with HO staff spying and taking convert pictures of team members to later publicly share instead of talking to team members. Frugal is the most important core value meaning teams get little to no support, wages and wage budgets are constantly cut and investing in stores and team members does not exist. Very childish attitude among the sub senior head office members. This is not a company that deserves employees.
