Pros
If you get in with the right group, then your experience can be amazing - a lot of support and team-building. The company does a good job with transparency regarding financials and some strategy. There is some flexibility in where you work, though there are so many silos.
Cons
Politics, nepotism, stress, lean on resources, nepotism, no cohesion between offices, stress is ignored, everyone is supposed to just "suck it up". Sales is treated like kings while other departments like accounting just have to deal with stressors and be the bad guy; if they can get away with low-balling your pay, they absolutely will.
