Low pay, wage freezes, poor vacation policy, average benefits/insurance, and major nepotism. There is minimal collaboration between employees and groups, so the other divisions feel very distant and disconnected. Due to the high turnover and inability to fill those positions, everyone is given excessive amounts of work. When the revenue slow down, upper management is quick to sell branches and layoff employees. They managed to combine the cons of a large company with the cons of a small company.
