Pros
Initial level of compensation is good. ESOP is definitely a positive.
Cons
Company policy allows family members to work within the organization which can negatively impact office politics. Management does not provide timely and/or consistent formal employee performance feedback. I found more than one manager to be dishonest. Training provided was "checkbox" training geared more toward fulfilling legal requirements, and less about actually improving employee knowledge base.
