Other than getting your base salary on time, there is really nothing that is positive worth mentioning.

Extremely toxic Environment. No work life balance. Play Divide & Conquer. Endless politics play everyday. Chief of X always claim that he is the childhood friend of the CEO and that he is also a shareholder of the company which makes him also a Co-Founder. Likes to conduct meeting after official working hours in office and especially during WFH period. Conduct, Cancel, Rescheduling of meeting at his own free will. No mutual respect for others. His favorite activity is to bad mouth about his own staffs to others. Threatening Staffs is nothing new. Cowboy town. Dictatorship n pull rank. One way or No way, or the way to the door. Will push the blame to the staffs when things are not right but always ready to claim and take Credit at the soonest when there is any.
