Pros

If I could list 'none', I would.

Cons

Zero upward mobility. You can be proactive and vocalize you want more responsibilities — you’ll take on more work, but you will stay in the same position/same pay. The climate of this company is always changing. If someone quits or is let go - there is no communication. Employees are left to worry their job is at stake. Leadership bows down to the ceo, and will never advocate for you - which is why so many people are fired unexpectedly. There is no remote/work from home stipend. Very poor salary across the board, no annual salary increases/bonuses. As of 5/4/23, this company is still posting jobs for $17 an hour. This company has zero form of an internal knowledge base - when you start, as a fully remote employee - you’re expected to fend for yourself. There is no onboarding/training with “HR”. No processes are documented and if you ask one person they either aren’t sure, or you receive an answer, and if you were to ask someone else - you’d get another answer. Their actual clients complained of this as well. The ceo unfriends former employees on LinkedIn. Petty and extremely unprofessional. Lastly, this company doesn't even have a HR department, nor do they outsource for this service.

Pros

- Supportive leadership that listens and encourages growth. - Great work-life balance and flexibility when it’s needed. - You’re trusted to do your job without being micromanaged. - The transparency here stands out. Leadership communicates openly about goals, changes, and expectations, which makes everyone feel included and trusted.

Cons

I honestly don’t have any cons. The team here is kind, supportive, and always willing to help each other out. Leadership is approachable and flexible, and I feel comfortable being myself at work. It’s rare to find a company where everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed, but this is one of those places.

Pros

Fully remote but always threatens to take work back to the office.

Cons

Leadership culture is very toxic and unprofessional. Some Directors spend more time gossiping and speaking negatively about employees in private chats than providing constructive feedback or supporting their teams.
