Thank you for sharing your experience, I personally value your feedback. I'm sorry you had to deal with such a toxic environment. I want you to know that since your comment Validas has changed owners and leadership, all of us take your comments seriously. Employees and contractors are part of who we are, and we strive to make working with Validas a positive and fruitful experience for everyone. That's why our board and leadership have a zero tolerance policy for bullying or intimidation of employees or contractors, and we all have an open door/ zoom policy. We believe that your job should enhance your life, not crowd it with stress or distractions. Who wants to work with stressed out overworked people anyway? That's why employees are not allowed to work weekends, plain and simple. We've improved our compensation rates, we're above the industrial average with shared revenue earned on projects.
