Pros

It really sucks to say this because a year ago there were SO many pros but times have changes and now its limited to: The people - You work with some really fantastic people Fun Things - Family Fun Day, Company lunch, Gym on site, ETC SWAG - Unreal amount of swag. Growth Potential - Decent amount of opportunity for advancement depending on your experience Growing fast - The potential is there to be really big!

Cons

Again it really sucks to say this because a year ago there were ALMOST no cons but times have changed. New leadership/New faces and their true intentions. Core values are preached to everyone and everyone is expected to live them..... somehow that expectation isn't portrayed to the new faces and leadership Growing fast - Lots of hiccups along the way and things get figured out on the fly

Pros

If you are looking for an organization that truly prioritizes its people and their well-being, Valicy stands out. While I am still relatively new in my role and cannot yet speak to long-term tenure, it was evident from my very first interview through the onboarding process that the company places significant emphasis on culture, collaboration, and character. Valicy is intentional about hiring individuals who align with its collaborative and team-oriented values. Technical expertise and industry experience are clearly important, but cultural alignment, humility, and leadership approach appear to carry equal weight in the evaluation process. This commitment helps foster an environment free from ego-driven behaviors, toxic leadership styles, and unnecessary micromanagement. Under Garrett’s leadership as CEO, cultivating a positive and healthy work culture is clearly a strategic priority rather than a slogan. That focus is consistently reflected across the leadership team. The use of personality assessments during onboarding further reinforces the organization’s thoughtful approach to team dynamics and long-term success. In an industry centered on entertainment and engagement, Valicy demonstrates that building an exceptional internal culture is foundational to delivering outstanding external results. Many companies—particularly within gaming—could benefit from adopting a similarly people-first mindset.

Cons

None whatsoever at this time.
