Pros

No pros, the company is fraud and bankrupted.

Cons

The company is located near textile industries. You will get a feeling as if you are working as industry worker. Salary is delayed . CEO changes policies every month according to his benefits. No projects with the company. They deduct PF from your salary but that is never submitted to the accounts. Worst company to work with. The company does fraud in the name of A.I. , the manager is the servant of CEO and CTO. Still if you want to join, be ready to be fired anytime.

Pros

I have been with Valiance for more than four years, and it has been a rewarding journey both professionally and personally. The company has evolved significantly during this period, creating numerous opportunities for employees to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibilities. What stands out most is the culture of ownership and innovation. Employees are encouraged to think independently, solve challenging problems, and contribute meaningfully to projects that have real-world impact. The work is intellectually stimulating, and there is constant exposure to emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, and large-scale engagements across diverse sectors. The leadership team is ambitious and focused on building long-term value, while also providing employees with opportunities to develop new skills and advance their careers. The organisation rewards initiative and gives individuals the flexibility to make a tangible difference. 1. Excellent learning and growth opportunities 2. High degree of ownership and responsibility 3. Talented and collaborative colleagues 4. Fast-growing company with strong future potential

Cons

1. The pace can be demanding at times due to rapid growth and evolving priorities. 2. As with many growing organisations, processes continue to mature over time.
