Hybrid model, salary is competitive

Worst at management, TL and manager seems like having personal issues with the analysts putting so much pressure, giving tasks after office, calling you on weekend and leaves. Mentally torturing . No manners while communicating with Juniors. Highly unprofessional behavior. Only in AP team. Rest teams on floor are good.

Company does not have many projects, it only has 1 or 2 projects and lot of time no work is there. BA teams is the worst here and highly unprofessional and not able to do their only job correctly which is getting the user requirement and then blaming it on developers. IT team are cheap steak can't event provide proper infra for development and resorting to jugad in fixing the problem instead of giving proper solution. Pay out is also very low and no appraisals. No job security.

The salary structure is great here. Then don't deduct any unnecessary charge here instead of just the pf and tds only. Rest you will get in hand.
