      Pros

      You are able to work from home and the hours are flexible.

      Cons

      Even if you’re “fully staffed” there are so many call- outs that you end up doing a lot of trash collection yourself. It is very physically demanding and un- predictable. One second your district is running smooth then within seconds you’re the one that’s doing 2-7 hours worth of trash collection at night plus all the day time work. An 8 hour day can easily turn into a 13-15 hour day.

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
