      Super supportive management good pay and good exercise!

      It is hard work at 1st, but you get a routine down and build strength and endurance along the way

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
