Cons

It's a long sales cycle but if you keep pushing and not afraid to ask for help you will find success.

Create your own schedule, work at your own pace

Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

Pros

Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

Cons

No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
