Pros
-Benefits - on-site clinic, on-site cafeteria, on-site gym, on-site daycare, Christmas party -Pay - decent salary, annual bonus, annual COLA (usually 2.5%), 401k match up to 7%, healthy defined contribution pension -Lots of volunteer opportunities and ways to get involved with the community -Employees - a truly great group of people work here -Casual dress code M-F -I have the best boss I could ever ask for
Cons
-Culture - traditional, conservative, good ole boys club, lack of diversity, very few minorities in leadership positions -Flexibility - WFH is not allowed I'm hoping these things change over time.
