Way to young and completely inexperienced narcissistic management group. Very "CLICKY" if you don't play THEIR game you are out. Got wrote up for correcting a manager. He was using the equipment wrong, he LIED about our interaction, and I was wrote up. VERY poor raises. Bonus not worth the paper its written on(guess corporate needs to keep that clubhouse going). Extremely toxic environment created by those who play the game, snitches everywhere and if you didn't do or say it, they make it up on you and because they are in the click and playing the game their word totally overrides and out weighs yours, and YES these people are aggressively recruited by the management. The list goes on but I think you get the point.
