      Great place to start off from out of school. Good benefits

      Cons

      Expected to work overtime. Lots and lots of unpaid overtime. Must have phone on you all the time for any emails, phone calls, and messages that management will send on a Sunday night. Weird divide between upper management and the rest of the staff Some favouritism is at play when it comes to promotions and project opportunities
