Pros

Remote job, the autonomy to set your own schedule. Valera only require you to do one weekend or two evening hour which are very reasonable. Good insurance.

Cons

When I was initially hired I was told therapist are expected to have 30 patients per week which means 6 patients per day. That would leave the therapist with one hour a day to work on note which wouldn't be bad at all but after I started working now I am told we are expected to have 34 patients and one hour of supervision which leaves you with no time to do adequate for note. All the initial appointments are one hour which leaves you with back to back appointments for the first couple of hours of the day prior to your break without even a bathroom break. If you check Justworks most of the employee have been here less than two years which is probably an indicator of high turn over rate considering this company started in 2016.
