Pros
The work environment is one of the best and most of my peers are very hardworking. The work is very rewarding. You would’ve a lot of opportunties to work on new technologies and a lot of different products.
Cons
Very bureaucratic management structure and promotions are not based on merit. There’s no work life balance at all My average working day was about 12-13 hours which I didn’t mind if it was appreciated.
