      Pros

      The teams working with the engineering problems are very easy to work with.

      Cons

      Management decisions and overall strategy is to outsource all work to foreign countries making new/inexperienced engineers less prepared for the complex problems that arise. Promotions are stunted by management. Some criticism has been brought due to the companies French ownership and favoratism.

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years

      Ii truly don't have any problems or concerns or complaints with my work its a fun easy process for me I love working here
