      Pros

      Good people, high-tech equipment, can gain experience in a lot of areas, they now offer different levels for each position (example 'engineer I, engineer II, senior engineer, etc)...they have also improved their availability of training (on-board training still needs some work though)

      Cons

      Difficult to change position internally, difficult to negotiate a raise, difficult to find things/people that you need for a task/help

      Pros

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years

      Ii truly don't have any problems or concerns or complaints with my work its a fun easy process for me I love working here
