      I was offered 40k upon starting with relatively low level of experience

      My "mentor" was a functional acoholic who had very little patience and expected me to know things I was never actually shown about the proprietary tech I was tasked to work on.

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years
