Pros
Good salaries relative to Egypt, Good General manager, good experience, transportation allowance, Expanding fast so far and creating good opportunities for seniors
Cons
The building and work space is below international standards in similar companies, kinda too crowded, low space for employees. Also too much management (i.e. so many levels of managers and leaders for few number of employees in a team which creates distraction.
