- Ok salary - you can learn a lot if you position your self correctly or if you're lucky
Cons
- lack of financial incentives, low raises and extra hours compensation - very team dependent some have it good while most get shafted - subpar covid response with a ton of cases , relatives of employees dying of covid and even an employee fatality
