Breaking the policy which is laid down by Valeo has become a fashion by the VITC management, this situation is directly affecting the employees well being. No transparent communication by the VITC management also only one way communication which is only by the VITC management. Employees not able to express their views. Working in a very constrained environment only in terms of VITC management.
