not any cons only salary is too low based on market

No pros, as some duo of bride- bridegroom running this, means ruining this I mean to say. Some ps & ks are just pathetic, how they r even getting clients, as something big gap of inspection is there. They will use people, learn from them, get them involve first, & later they will takeover. Most pathetic & they have no balls as well to come on face to face & prove how capable they are & how much they know if any process. I wondered sometimes as how they r getting projects & how r they even capable of manipulating clients & others, to steal projects & work.

So many, as lack of time not mentioning here any.
