      Best company out there. Cares for employees and to resolve any challenge encountered on the job , make it safe , amazing of how equipment and tools are upclass

      Away from home , not for the homesick type of worker, but I looove it.

      Pros

      Good pay, friendly people, no punch clocks, flexible lunch hours. As long as you are producing good work consistently, you can have a significant amount of freedom within your 7/8/9 to 3/4/5

      Cons

      Communications and protocols for processes are lacking, on-boarding is a bit slow in that there is no training protocols/documentation.
