One of the best managers I've ever had who knew how to get things done and empower her people. Clear commitment to taking care of their people and appreciating them (and not getting in their way with too many meetings or too much structure). Benefits are excellent for a government contractor. I always felt heard and that leadership was accessible.

Charged the customer pretty high - but that's the business model in contracting. Not a lot of connection between offsite and onsite teams.
