Some of the greatest co-workers that I have ever had, good work hours

Little to no job training, Language barriers make it extremely difficult to follow along, trying to find parts that don't exist anymore

Easy work for minimum wage. They refuse to pay OT so it will always ONLY be 40 hour weeks.

Owner is very unethical. Lies to customers and insists employees do the same. Not following CA state law that requires they offer paid time off in case of illness. No benefits. Terrible training. Owner often contradicts herself telling you different processes for exact same scenarios. No room for advancement.
