Expect to be improperly trained then blamed for resulting problems. Management is secretive, poorly trained; hang around long enough and you could be a manager. No development opportunities. No recognition for hard work. Incredibly slow moving. Not interested in your ideas. Treat you like a non-human number. "Vaisala values" seem to only apply to low level employees every other decision is profit driven. Have to count on management for bonuses aka don't usually get a bonus.
