Pros
The different teams are passionnate about what they do. Innovation, new ideas and technology are the main focus. Worldwide culture, with an honest and friendly athmosphere. I was able to naturally evolve. I feel that Vade did invest into my career.
Cons
Settling in a remote office a few years ago took time, and cames with a few hiccups. However, HR has now greatly improved it's process and communication.
