Lots of innovation and interesting projects. Beautiful building with advanced equipment.
Cons
Reluctance from top management to accept change. Very top-down structure, with little organization, and changes on a whim. The leaders there focused on "pet" projects, but this hurts the sales/market prospects and often results in late deliveries and disappointed customers.
