Flexibility, great benefits (specifically parental leave and HSA match), give resources to be successful, pretty transparent communication, fun culture, listen to a decent amount of feedback and make changes
Cons
Managers are also producers so this can create conflicts of interest, not clear guidelines on whose opps are whose, both of which lead to conflict, "we don't do raises" because of uncapped commission but potential greatly varies by what market you are in
