      Pros

      Vaco if a fabulous organization to work for. They have long term internal employees as well as consultants. I will work for them as long as they will have me.

      Cons

      As a consultant you don't get paid sick or vacation time. Other than that it's great.

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Vaco placed me in an IT Governance/Architecture contract role at $xxx/hour and was hands-on throughout the entire process. They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
