      Good for easy payment but not for career step-up - Content Moderator Vaco Employee Review

      Pros

      -full remote and flexible to chose your work time -easy tasks

      Cons

      -they have tracking work system that how many tasks you have done and how much are you in the system -it is repeat-symple tasks to rate ads, this is not for your career build ups. It is good if you have something else want to focus on, however this is not a job you want to build your career. It would be very hard to change your job from this one.

      Pros

      Vaco placed me in an IT Governance/Architecture contract role at $xxx/hour and was hands-on throughout the entire process. They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
