      Pros

      I was at Google's Mountain view office, allowed to use a very large majority of Google's perks. The team was great. Commute was very easy thanks to Google's commuter buses Very relaxed position.

      Cons

      Management some times get a little too pushy wanting documentation on everything. or wants us to have all of our work, and timestamps on everything.

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Vaco placed me in an IT Governance/Architecture contract role at $xxx/hour and was hands-on throughout the entire process. They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
