      Pros

      Initially, I was placed on a new developing team and it appeared to be like growth was possible.

      Cons

      Growth is not possible and you are capped within Vaco and only 1-2 people can become (per Vacos rules) Google full time employees a year.

      Pros

      Vaco placed me in an IT Governance/Architecture contract role at $xxx/hour and was hands-on throughout the entire process. They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
