      There are really no pros for this job

      Cons

      The management has unfortunately zero experience. They hired as crazy for years having hundreds of people doing almost nothing. Now that the customer figured that out, they keep cutting people, reducing salaries and benefits (very little to start with) for the same kind of job. They check even how many times you go to the bathroom but they don’t care about quality.

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are adequate and some great employee's to work with.

      Cons

      At my local office there was poor management and communication, things constantly changing, lack of direction, no consistency on how things are done or managed, too much time wasted during the day on meetings that accomplish nothing.
