Cons
Micromanaging, passive aggression, rewards bad behavior so long as you are making them money, expects you to work weekends or late night since salaried, no sick days or bereavement must use PTO and only get 1.25 days per month so you have to wait until you gain it back and it will not roll over. So much more!
