      Pros

      They were able to get employees turned into vendor contract workers with no end date. They provide paid holidays. About once a quarter we do fun team outings.

      Cons

      No vacation pays or paid time off.

      Pros

      Vaco placed me in an IT Governance/Architecture contract role at $xxx/hour and was hands-on throughout the entire process. They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
