      Pros

      freedom, independence, comraderie, ability to manage your own schedule, training, perks, the corporate management guys are some of the most fun, energetic, and motivating men I have ever come into contact with. Any Vaco event is sure to be a party. This company clearly embraces the "work hard, play hard" philosophy.

If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
