Pros
A good job to have if you only want to gain experience.
Cons
This isn't for a long-term job. It's only good to have when you need a training ground. This place is run by people with terrible management skills.They are unsupportive,unappreciative and just seemed to be nonexistent. There is no open communication channel between them and employees so talk about concerns and about work and employment. It wasn't a pleasant working experience to have.
